This unit is brand new, never installed, and is fully covered by the manufacture's warranty, but is an open box unit with two large dents on one side. The picture with the wood on the side of the unit is to show the depth of the dents. The pictures with the front cover removed also show the depth of the dents, but also that the compents inside were not impacted and are in perfect condition. The dents are cosmetic only, and will not impact mounting, or installing the unit, and will not impact performance or warranty.
